Thousands of Limited Edition PAX Nabu X units to be given to expo attendees as part of Razer wearables celebration

A two-and-half minute zombie survival guide commercial produced by Razer will inaugurate a marketing campaign that highlights the benefits of “living smarter” with Nabu.

“When we originally announced the Razer Nabu at CES 2014, we received a ton of feedback on features that users enjoyed and aspects that needed improvement,” says Min-Liang Tan, Razer co-founder and CEO. “We re-designed the Razer Nabu with that feedback, including a change in the placement of the button for a more intuitive user experience. The zombie video we’ve made is a fun way for us to commemorate the re-launch of one of our most anticipated products with the fans who helped make it a reality.”
Razer will celebrate its next generation of wearable products at PAX Prime in Seattle this weekend by giving away 2,000 exclusive PAX Blue Nabu X smartbands to gamers at the expo.
Both Nabu and Nabu X will receive major updates through a new companion app that will be compatible with both devices. The new companion app comes with a vibrant UI for a clearer, more motivating picture of the user’s daily activity, as well as advanced auto-sleep tracking algorithms, amongst other new features.
