Aligning with comics, gaming, action sports events and universities, the mobile entertainment exposition immerses participants in an array of gaming and virtual reality technologies, testing their skills in custom-built racing pods.
Razer’s summer tour kicks-off in stride with Comic-Con International, and will be followed by stops at Rooster Teeth in Austin, Quake Con in Dallas, Wizard World in Chicago, and Music Midtown in Atlanta. Several campuses including University of Miami and University of Texas will also be visited before concluding this year’s road trip at UCLA.
Interactive demo stations will feature Razer’s newest gaming mice, keyboards, headsets and console products. Attendees can play popular games on high-performance, VR-ready Razer Blade series laptops, including the new Razer Blade 15, the world’s smallest 15.6” gaming laptop. The new flagship system from Razer has an 8th generation Intel® Core™ i7 processor and 144Hz display driven by an NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1070 GPU with Max-Q design. Additionally, the Razer Core X external graphics enclosure that brings desktop-quality graphics performance to ultra-portable laptops will also be on hand, powered with the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti GPU.
The Razer Phone with its 5.7-inch 120Hz UltraMotion™ display and dual-firing Dolby Atmos speakers has impressed mobile gaming enthusiasts. Razer looks forward to delighting mobile entertainment enthusiasts with demo stations that include cinema content and latest high-fidelity games for Android.
Razer custom-built a “Social Claw,” an arcade-style crane that allows Razer Experience Tour participants chances to win swag or products when they Tweet from their tour stop.
